Has anyone hit the century mark and are you happy with your current weight loss or are you pushing for more loss?
I’m currently 126lbs since I started my 2 week liquid diet. According to my nut this is pretty much it. I may lose or gain 10lbs from here on if I say on track. Personally I would like to lose 10 – 15 lbs more and put some THAT back on as muscle.
Overall I’m as happy as lark with my tool.
