Are any of you frustrated with the amount of weight you have lost so far? It's seems like every one I see that has had surgery June 2009 (or even July and August) is already under 200 pounds. I am stuck at 212lbs! I'm trying to be more active through out my day, but going to the gym on a regularly basis is unrealistic for my life. I try to be careful with what I eat. But still, no improvement. I even a gain a pound or two some days! Anybody else going through this?

Boy does that look fimilar! Im stuck at 218 and its getting quite depressing. Im going to
take full responsiblity though. I know exactly why my weight loss has extreamly slowed down though. I haven't been making to many smart decisions. I think I am just getting too comfortable-ish. Well girl, we are bound to be under 200 eventually!! We are only halfway done.

I had surgery in June.  I'm not under 200 lbs. YET.  The day of surgery, I weighed 310 lbs. Today I weigh 213 lbs.  That is 3 lbs. away from 100 lbs. lost and 14 lbs. away from ONEDERLAND.  Of course, I wish I was under 200 lbs. by now but I'm not.  I've never lost 95 lbs. in 7 months.  I am confident that I will get under 200 lbs.   Although I have not worked out on a regular basis either, I do take my vitamins and get in the water and protein.  If I had exercised regularlly I might be under 200 lbs. by now, maybe not.

I'm happy and loving my RNY!

It feels good to know I am not alone! Well ladies, keep sane let's keep focusing on the weight that is gone and the blessing that it is. I know we all will reach our goals...someday....

I'm at 210 this morning and my biggest first goal was to get under 209 - which will be my lowest weight in 25 years.

It seems like Onederland will never come.. But - It is coming slowly.. i just need to be patient!

Dr. Benn gave me an incredible tool.. and I intend to make the most out of it!!

While I am under 200, we've lost about the same amount of weight and had surgery the same month. I think you are doing awesome! The only reason I've lost the last 10 lbs is because I've been so sick with reflux I can hardly eat, but I was stuck at around 150-160 for two months that scale didn't move (or moved the wrong way)!

I'm fustrated that the weight loss has slowed. Dec. 25th, I was 301lbs and am now 285lbs. I started out at 410 and weighed 386lbs on the day of surgery.
Since Dec. it's been stall after stall, with a lot of yo-yoing (301-304 then 290-295 and so on.)
As for being under 200lbs I guess it's all about where you started.
