Happy Birthday To Me! July 26, 2003

This is my first anniversary. What a year it has been! I never have been on to take a risk and having wls was certainly the biggest risk I've ever taken. 190 pounds gone! I have quality to my life that I couldn't imagine a year ago. I hope this past year has been as exciting for the others celebrating their first anniversary. Congratulations to us!

Congratulations!!! So glad to see your satisfaction with the surgical procedure. You look marvelous!!!! You not only lost 190 lbs, you lost about 20 years off of your age by the looks of things; is that how you feel? Joints feel better? Keep up the good work and here's to your health!! Janet Pazey
