1 Year Anniversary

8-20-04 I cannot believe that a year has gone by, and 155lbs! I am so happy, and I am looking better and better. It is so nice not to shop for the largest thing on the rack, and I can shop just about anywhere now! I love it. Thank you Dr. Patti for a new start on life and my tool to make it better! FAT

wtg!!!!!!!!! on the 155 pound weight loss that is wonderful i wish i was there. i am 1 year post op too it is so slow now it makes me crazy i want to reach my goal so bad i have 20-25 pounds to go to my goal and 10 pounds i have to lose by november
