Why do I feel hungry and have cravings still??

I have actually felt my stomach growl but I thought that I would be able to feel physical hunger for months. I usually do just fine though most of the time I feel pretty full. Does anyone know why I still feel hungry? Also, I'm having cravings.. BAD.. could this seriously just be head hunger?

I had the same thing happen!! My stomach does actually growl but i have yet to get 3 meals in no time at school, I'm craving all kinds of stuff like crazy I've heard of head hunger but am not sure of the symptoms sorry to not be much help but wanted to let you know your not alone on this crazy journey
