Pre-op: -25 M1: -16.8 M2: -10.8 M3: -14.4 M4: -7.3

Mine is a few weeks ahead on the 6th but is be more than happy to be your surgery buddy.

At this time my doctor hasn't given my a pre-op diet.. I am so nervous.. I go on Aug for my pre-op class which maybe they will tell me then what I need to do cause at times I just feel so lost and nervous.
