This past year has been the best. I am so much healthier than I was 1 year ago. I no longer take all of those damn pills and go see a doctor for one thing or the other every damn month. I do things, that I wouldn't have dreamed of doing for the past 20 years. I feel young and alive again. 165lbs lost, 29 to go.

Lap Band on 09/07/07 with

I just celebrated MY one year yesterday. Loss 64 lbs. I went to my neices wedding and it felt great to be able to dance and walk around the grounds. A year ago I would have to take a nap half way through. It is great to be able to do things and take a lot less Meds. I am having knee surgery next week after that I will be able to jog.
