Happy Anniversary to Me!

I didn't realize until this morning that yesterday was my 6th year out. I'm doing well. Still practicing the habits I was told to do in the beginning...of course, there's been a few times of still overeating and eating the wrong foods  but overall, I can truly say that having WLS was one of the best decisions of my life. I feel better, I look better and I am MUCH better!

Under Goal

Congrats to all of us as we reach the six year mark!! My anniversary was this past Wednesday. 200 pounds lost and remain gone. I still remain diligent. Being obese was a sad lonely place for me and I am not going back there. I am so thankful for my RNY. Life is great.
