Navigating this site

I'm brand new here and I don't know where to go to learn how to navigate this site. It's more complicated than I realized or I'm just being stupid.  :-)   Can someone head me in the right direction?  I need to add a ticker to my profile and I can't figure out how to do that either.  I'm lost!  Help. 

I see you got your ticker! It can be tough to navigate, but I just start off under "my oh."  God bless you! Good luck!
