Surgery Monday, 9-20 - Getting Nervous

I'm on Monday, 9-20 as well...and the nervousness is kicking in over the excitement!  Any tips?

How about doing positive creative visualization or deep relaxation?  See your surgery & recovery going great. I've got a CD that provides guided imagery on this and am finding it helpful. I'm a week after you, on the 27th. Peace!
