Ok, I usually weigh myself in the morning, but I did a lot of walking today, so figured...what the heck... I just got off the scale. As of right now, I have lost 150 lbs...that makes me half the size I was at the start of this awesome journey! I can't believe it. I've dreamt of it, but I can't believe it. Goddess, it's good to be alive!
