October 23rd

Yesterday I was looking at my profile, and I noted the coincidence that I joined this site on October 22nd of 2009, and almost 5 years later to the day I would finally be getting the surgery.  Right now I'm on day 3 of my pre-op liquid diet, and it's been... interesting.  I have managed not to cheat at all yet, which is great (especially because chicken was cooked for dinner last night).  Anyway, so my surgery date is October 23rd, and I'm kind of nervous but also... kind of not?  I've wanted this surgery for so long that I've been mentally prepping for it forever it seems.
