Anyone else stuck in a big old stall?  would love to lose 2 lbs just to say I lost 100.  I've been waiting a few weeks... hopefully i won't have to wait more than a few more!

I definitely hope you are all doing great!

Hey Sue,
Just hang in there.  Keep doing what you are supposed to do.   What I remember about a stall is that sooner or later it has to break.  Just think of how you will feel after those measly two pounds go away!    I'm here rooting for you to hit that 100!

Sue,
I'd be so thrilled if I were you right now. You had surgery the week before me and I am struggling to get past 80lbs. I have been stalled for months. I can't wait to get over 100 lbs!

i feel for you.  and thanks for the perspective.  I've never lost 20 lbs before in my life, so 98 is a miracle.

We've both done great.  We've improved our health.  and if we keep doing the right things, it will happen.

water water water.

OMG!  I thought it was something I was doing...YES I have been stalled since mid June.  Stuck...No matter how much protein or exercise I do the scale wont move...I know we all want to be at goal or at least close to goal by this coming November and this is putting a damper on that plan.

Ever since I hit my half way mark I have slooooooowed down. I need to loose 200 pounds for my personal goal. I have lost 114 pounds at 7 months & 1 week out. I hit my 100 pounds at the second week in May & ever since that I have struggled to loose the 14 pounds in 2 months....I know this sounds funny b/c as I type it I'm thinking you are crazy you still lost 7 pounds in May & June....but I am still in the mode that I should be loosing WAY more like in the begging.
OK ALL, let's stay focused on your long term weight loss. we are still loosing just not as fast as we would all like, but hey we're still loosing even if it is a pound here a pound there. Let's bump up the protein & work outs & PRAY that next months we all have broken this damn stall...lol...

Katherine

Sue... congratulations on your success... I have to say I am a bit jealous. :-)

beahero... I had my surgery the same day as you and I am sitting at 77 pounds lost. I wi**** was more... but its ok. I have been losing slow and steady... and it makes be feel better that there are others experiencing the same.

Keep up the good work... and I'll check back in here in another month.

Take care  ~Marci

I have discovered that my weightloss is develping a new pattern. I stall for three weeks a month, then lose a big amount (6-12lbs) in one week! Ironically it is the week before my TOM that I lose big. I get so discouraged by the stalls but believe upping my protein and calorie count to 1000 helped break my stall. I have been balancing on 200.1 lbs for a week (that darn scale knows I want to be under 200) and I'll be damned if today when I weighed it said 199.9! I ran to get my camera and apparently my camera weighs enough that it through me to 200.1lbs!!! I was so mad but had to laugh. I swear the scale is evil! I really want to lose 2 more pounds by the 11th (my 8th month). If so, I will be down 150lbs. I am shooting for between 35-45 more pounds. My doc said I have at least 20lbs in skin which would take me to my weight in 8th grade. I love my RNY!

I've been stalled for months now.  Have only lost 12 lb since the end of January.  And I've got 50 more pounds to go.
