Surgery date November 15th!

Hi everyone, I am having my surgery Nov 15th and would like to connect with others in the San Fernando Valley having bariatric surgery. I am also looking for a support group closer to my home than the one my physician offers as its too far during the week for me to attend.
If anyone has suggestions or some good recipies I would love to hear them.
I am also getting nervous.. but am very excited!
