Today I weighed in and I am now below 200 pounds!! Exciting for me because that was one of the very first goals I wanted to achieve! Still have some weight to take off but 156 pounds already gone!!

Phenomenal!!! You look great, certainly like you've done yourself well! I can't believe you've already lost 156lbs... your avie doesn't appear that you've ever had a weight problem. Isn't that great?!? Keep up the great work, and enjoy ONEDERLAND!
