After 3 years I finally got my orientation appointment at the Weight Wise clinic in Edmonton and I'm scared and excited! I'm worried since I haven't been food journaling like I should have. I have done it before in the past and I always give it up after a while. And honestly after 3 years I didn't think I would ever get my first appointment. Does anyone have an advice for me? I should be getting papers in the mail soon. What should I expect for my first visit?

Hello, I am very interested in getting VSG through SmartShape. Specifically the one is Calgary since it is the closest to me at 6 hour drive away. I wont get to visit them for the first time for a few months, but was wondering if anyone has gone though them and what the process was like.
Or if anyone knows of some other private clinics here in Alberta or nearby in other provinces. Thank you so much

How come it takes so long to get an orientation date? 8 months from referral seems kinda crazy.
