Paul made turkey spaghetti.  It was soooo good.  He makes the sauce with ground turkey.

Gladly, Phyllis!  I love to share this recipe.  Folks that HATE turnip greens have been known to gobble this down!

Turnip Green Casserole      2 cans turnip greens   (I use Glory brand) 1 pkg regular or jalapeno cornbread  (I make my own)  1 can cream of chicken soup 1 stick butter, melted 1 large onion, chopped (I saute the onion)   Drain greens, saving liquid.  Cook cornbread.  Crumble cornbread and layer half in casserole dish.  Distribute turnip greens over bread and sprinkle with onions.  Add remaining cornbread on top.  Whisk together juice from greens, soup and melted butter. Pour over top.  Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and partially brown.

Interesting! Thanks for sharing. Think I will give it a try sometime. We LOVE turnip greens at my house.
