TGIF!!!! Whatcha Eating? Movin? Did you weigh?

 Im soooooo glad its Friday, tomorrow is almost here :) 

I weighed this morning. down 2 lbs. its coming off slowly but surely. i guess thats ok!

B-protein shake
L-turkey sandwich w/ provolone cheese and tomato
D-who knows at this point. its football night and if Js done good at school he gets to pick whats for dinner lol. if we eat at home i'll have a jalapeno ham and cheese rollup.

I'll be walking at football. Last night i did 9 laps. 10 laps in 4 miles but my foot was killing me so i didnt do another lap. rubbed a blister on my big toe. :(

Congrats on your 2 lb loss!  Not sure how far you are from your goal but it will come off  :)

B:  1/2 bagel with cream cheese, 2 strips LF turkey bacon
S:  Coffee, 6 pnut butter crackers
L:  cheeseburger with extra pickles, unsweet tea
D1:  1 c. grilled chicken and spinach alfredo, 3 grilled shrimp
D2:  Going to be same as D1!
S:  Banana and 100 calorie pack of almonds
S:  Dannon Lite and Fit Diabetic friendly yogurt

Exercise:  20 min swimming at pool and 2 mile walk!
