Its Hump Day! Whatcha eating? Movin to lose or maintain?

 Well, its Wednesday already!! Doesnt feel like it to me since I was off Monday. 

Its really cold and i HATE cold weather, but i'll learn to manage i guess.

B-1/2c cottage cheese w/ NSA peach cup
L-1/4 chicken white meat (breast) with cabbage and steamed veggies. 
S-protein shake
D-?? something from Applebees going to eat with my mom/stepdad/ and J!!

Wont be exercising but i WILL walk tomorrow. Its a must.

got in my multivitamin and my bcomplex and lots of water/unsweet tea/coffee
