Busy day today! 

Eats:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delights sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-banana
L-salad and pizza
S-cupcake and 1 cookie (oink)
D-spaghetti and meat sauce

NO DESSERT!  already had it!

I will do something cardio in the basement today-rainy
