Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?

I weighed this morning.  I gained 3 lbs.  Time to start tracking my food again to ensure I cut out the mindless eating.....I'm on top of it now so I don't get any more gain!  I also need to run more...the heat has kept me from getting out there as much as I should.

Eats today:
B-1/2 c cottage cheese with NSA peaches and 1 slice ww toast
L-red beans with sausage and ham
S-watermelon
D-baked ziti and salad

Bunco tonight-no exercise
