Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising? Did U Weigh?

I weighed this morning-lost a lb.  So, 2 to go to get my 3 lb gain off!  Overall I did move more this week and I was definitely more conscious of when I ate and asked myself "are you really hungry?"  Sometimes I wasn't so I just sucked a frew tic-tacs and it went away.

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean delights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Lean Cuisine pizza
S-Chobani
S-cherries
D-not sure-going to Cheesecake Factory-I guarantee I will have a few bites of cheesecake!

No exercise today.

Tomorrow I'll run, Sunday I'll do weights.
