If so, how long did it take you to get your approval once you had your last appointment with your PCP? My last one is in Feb., and I'll be done with all the other steps by then. I'm hoping to get approval in order to have surgery over spring break. Fingers crossed!
have you already had your surgery ??? I have ar benefits and having it this yr in 2015 Im tring to asap I like one more thing I have been on the diet for awhile now........
