Pre-op testing?

Hey everyone, Just wondering what kind of pre-op testing we have to get before surgery? I have a date of 9/2/03, and was told by the nurse Nicole that they will be calling me in the middle of August. She didn't say for what, but I figured it would be for the dietician. Thanks in Advance, Kim

Hi Kim, is Dr. Zahn your surgeon? He is mine and there is a Nicole in his office. The pre-ops is usually EKG, X-ray, blood work, ultrasound, some times a upper GI, that kind of stuff. And you do go through a diet education class with Dr. Zahn office. Hope this helps. I was told that I could get the pre-ops done in one day. Hope this helps
