Health Net/Arizona

Does anyone know anyone who has been approved through Health Net for his/her surgery? I got denied and I am now going to start the battle. Any suggestions from people who have Health Net? I plan on putting my appeal together this week. Thanks for your help.

Shelene, I will pass on some advice I got from someone else, go to the secion on the website for insurers. I have Cigna HMO and after reading so many people getting approved it gave me the courage for the battle. It is all listed alphabetically. So skip to your section and see what you find. I fought with them all last year. I was declined, appealed and declined again. I changed my Insurance in Jan to United Healthcare and I was approved upon the first submission with them. If changing is an option, save yourself the time amd aggravation.
