I Can See Clearly Now

I was looking in the mirror this morning and finally I see what my friends and family see's..... Is it really me that I see stareing back at me in the mirror I thought? I could see this beautiful, sexy and health indivisual who has features of this young lady I once knew... WOW it is me... I have lost a total of 100 lbs in six months Thank GOD for surgery. I am trully happy, I've had no complications, I'm eating well, watching my carbs and sugars... And drinking protein... I am so excited. I can now see living past 50 years without health problems. I really admire my doctor's (Dr.John Hopkins my pcp and Dr.Allen Newhoff My Surgeon) who has been very supportive through out the entirety of my process.
