Revision with CIGNA?

Hi everyone! I need a revision, had a lap by Dr. Juarez. I got a referral to Dr. Robin Blackstone, but when I called to make an appointment, I was told that she no longer does revisions! Help! Who does revisions under CIGNA these days? Maria

Hi, Maria! I'm in Tucson, also. Blackstone does no revisions at all? How awful. She's such a wonderful surgeon. Gosh, I have no idea... the only surgeon I know that CIGNA uses is Blackstone. Is replacing a lap band really a revision? It seems such a simple matter to remove the thing and then do the regular surgery. You told them all your cir****tances, right? Keep us posted, okay?
