Kaiser will pay Bariatric Surgery Travel and Lodging Reimbursement. They dont tell you until you go to your LAST pre op visit, which is usually a week to two weeks before surgery and have thrown out gas receipts. You will need ALL original receipts! So if youre going through this process in N Cali, keep your receipts, for one of the following visits. Pre op classes, surgery day or post op follow up. They pay up to 130 for you and a companion. You will receive the form on your last pre op visit which is a NUT class and a Prep For Surgery class.. Good luck !!

So cal kaiser does the same thing. got over 800 back from having surgery in san diego. was a nice bonus.

Wow.. that would have been nice to know... I spent around $250 bucks for mine. They never said a word. Too long ago.. receipts are gone :-(

I have the same doctor as you and just beginning the process.could use any info on where to get the forms.also any info you can give me on dr fisher is greatly appreciated.Made 2 trips from sacramento and met the dr.How did things go for you?
