I'm so psyched about this new Connecticut board. It is great to be able to meet people from all around the country but even more wonderful to meet your neighbors!!

So, let me intoduce myself for those of you who don't know me. My name is Liza and I am a 21 month postop patient of Dr. Elmer Valin. I have successfully lost 150lbs and wishing to lose about another 40 more, but those plans will have to wait, as I am now 7 weeks PREGNANT! I am also the founder of The Journey WLSSG.
