Hidradenitis Suppurativa Better Or Worse after Weight Loss?

My daughter has had HS for many years. I asked her what her "****tail" is and following is what she told me:
Low dosage of minnocyclin (daily)
Hibbiclens soap - found in pharmacy
Nystatin - anti yeast powder to combat extra yeast caused by antibiotic
She is not a WLS patient but has checked to see if her insurance would cover breast reduction surgery because of the HS and it does. She's to the point where she wants no drooping at all of her breasts. She has BCBS, I think.
