Medical Degree Required . . . WHAT!!!!?????
"K+" vs "K," oh, but then there's K1, K2, MK-7, AK-47 (just kidding)
Carbonate, citrate, oxide, gluconate, hypernate . . . or is that hibernate?
No, it's poop mass versus bone mass.
That's too high, that's too low, no you want this going down
Elemental, non-elemental, ratio's . . . WAIT . . . is it in parentheses, not . . . is it what you think it is?
Morning, night, with meals, empty stomach . . . potassium-sparing wrinkle remover - what??
IU's, mg's, mcg's, meg's (or is it mec's?), OTC, script, powder . . . Man, I need a drink!
. . . pressed, capsule, oil, water missable (yeah, I know), dry, wet, sublingual, subliminal . . . uhhh
AAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Who knew I'd need a medical degree after getting the DS? They didn't mention that in the pre-op sessions . . . I'm just sayin'
You did do a really good job at getting to exactly how much you have to learn just to take the right vites to stay healthy . . . and for lurkers out there, don't think she's exaggerating!! You will need to know a lot.
Good job. You'll get there sooner than you think for the most part, but I'm still learning new things myself, too.

I need to lose about 2 more pounds for a normal BMI . I still seem to be slowly losing at over 2 yrs out...so may get there yet.
It's extremely important specifically for the naturally fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E and K. Since we malabsorb fat to such a great degree, it would be impossible to use the standard supplements, so we must get the "dry" or "water-miscible" versions.
How'd I do?
