tired.... this recovery is harder than any other surgery i had

the crushed percocet sucks and doesnt do anything. I am so freaking tired, and i couldnt pee, my catheter went back in.

i fall asleep every 5 seconds .

When the percocets did not work for me post op my doctor wrote a Fentanyl patch for me. 50mcg every two days. That will help. Nothing else worked for me.

Never hurts to ask, especially since we don't absorb medications like others any more!

LOL You are ONE day out from surgery so how can you say this is your hardest recovery?? I dont even REMEMBER day1 at all as I was either sleeping or medicated and I think you should be for now too and rest and heal and not stress here quite yet! Of course the first few days arent pleasant as you just had major surgery!!
