160s Here I come!!!!!

Good Morning DSers...

           
                     Just had to come and report that after a long stall in the 170s, It finally broke today!!  I am now 169 and feeling over the moon!!!  The enemy (my scale) finally moved and I am elated...lol...  From 250lbs at surgery (Jan 26/11) to present 169lbs, this weight loss journey has had its shares of stalls and discouragements but I wouldnt change a thing...Thanks to everyone who has encouraged me along the way with great advice...Today is a good day!!!!!

Congrats on breaking your stall!  I'm early out, but I've had stalls pre-op just dieting and I know how upsetting a stall can be.  I still think your weight loss so far is awesome!

   Thanks no_more for your reply...Yes it sucks having stalls but just have to try to work thru them...I remember being early out..the pounds were coming off easier...now I really have to work at it...but its going to be worth it in the long run...Im totally committed and have been working my DS everyday...Continued success to you as well..Thanks Again...

YAY!! I'm not seeing the scale move right now for about 3 weeks and it sucks. I goup and down but can't get below 215. My goal is to be in the 1's, even 199.9 by my 12th month,September, and I'm so afraid I won't make it if this keeps up. So I feel your excitement for breaking into the 60's. Congrats girl, you're doing AWESOME!!

       It is a relief seeing the scale move...Its soooo discouraging when it stays the same...it makes the world alot brighter when we see even one pound off....Hang in there ...your scale will move also and you will get there too...It will be a wonderful feeling for you heading in onederland!!!!  Best of Luck...hang tough!!!!  Thanks again!! :)
