4 years out Before and after pic

Its been 4 years and 3 months since i had my DS. I do come here to read once in a while but i don't post much. When i was starting my journey i always loved looking at before and after pictures. it gave me inspiration. I wanted to look like Kelly A. It would be nice to hear from old timers to see how they are doing.

My surgery weight was 219 lbs and i weigh 110 lbs now. I do go up and down 10lbs or so. I just go back to basics and weight comes off. It is a great tool we have. I make sure i eat protein first but i also i some days when i eat whatever i want but then go back on track. Its not always so easy. But i think all the normal people do the same.

I take all the vitamin. I still order dry vitamin from vitalady. I do work out but not regularly. There are some days when i can eat alot. i think if i didn't had the melabsorption then i would for sure gain the weight back.It is a constant struggle. I'm great full for my DS. It has changed my life.

Wow, impressive and not like "that" I mean just the long term results are fantastic. Being new to DS I often look at before/after pics and think of what it will be like. Why the dry vitamins?

Because we don't absorb oil based vitamin.

I know your days vary, still, could you share an average day's menu?
