AS you know I began having what I thought were symptoms of vit D and magnesium deficiency (muscle weakness and bad cramping).  I upped those starting about a month ago now and got my labs done about a week later, so it should show pretty much where I was prior to upping those vites.  Things are gonna be retested in 2 more months to see how they have improved.  I'm going to try to copy these here.  I am missing B1, B6, Magnesium and Intact PTH (which I really want to see as my vitamin D has really come up in the world - from 15 to 40 - still working to get it higher.  Had those done Tuesday, so should know shortly.

I agree, increase your calcium and keep working on that D3. The low-ish iron serum makes me a little nervous. Do you take iron supplements or get infusions? Your multivitamin should include selenium and if you take 2 should maintain a good level. Albumin should be in the 4s, so you might want to increase or add protein shakes. You might want to increase your vitamin A to 2 - 25,000IUs a day. You might want to look for a folic acid sublingual and take it daily. AST and ALT on the low end is a good thing. Not too bad and you're working to fix things.  : )
