As we shrink, so many don't realize how frumpy a poor fitting bra can be, because we've always been frumpy.  Give yourself the benefit of looking fabulous as you lose and check your fittings often as you lose.

Thanks for the post.  Very educational. 

I was just thinking about how my bra cups don't fit any more.  I did the measurements and found that my band size went from 40 to 36.  No wonder things are not fitting right (shakes her head).  Time to start shopping.

I know what you mean.  I might be able to get by with an ace bandage in a bit. 

There doesn't seem to be any fluff in them any more.  Maybe a bit of duck tape is all I need....

I've noticed in the last month that if I have to stand for any length of time I get serious pain in the middle of my back - probably from the severe saggy, hanging factor now!
