Probiotic

Hello......

I'm almost 7 years post DS and I have never taken a probiotic.
I just returned from vacation where I drank WAY too many sugary ****tails and have had diarrhea since about Thursday. I feel like I can't stay off the toilet.
Looking for recommendations for a good probiotic to get my gut back in order.

DS on 02/25/03

I take Ultimate Flora Colon Care Probiotic 80 Billion. One per day. I try to switch up my probiotic everyone 6 months or so but I always take as potent a probiotic as I can afford :)

me too. But in these cases if the *** doesn't go away then you should see a doctor.
