Any one with UHC

Would like to know if anyone has UHC and how long it was befor you found out anything? Thank you Sarah

Hey Sarah, I have UHC and I am 2 weeks into waiting for a reply. The key is to call the care cordination team and after 2 weeks they will send in a status request that lets the nurses know that you are putting a rush on them. They will get back with you quickly after that. I had the status sent in on Friday afternoon and they told me to call back on Wednesday. What does your policy say about WLS?

yes, I have unc. They are really good about responding. I have not had the surgery done yet, but they approved me within three weeks.

I just got my Approval... So it took three weeks.
