Lifestyle discovery class- st Vincent carmel

I am scheduled to go to my lifestyle discovery class on Wednesday. Does anyone know how long it is and if we can bring guests with us?

I have been at St. Vincent Carmel since March going through the process and I have no idea what class you are referring to.

I attended the support groups 5-6 times but thats it.
