Found a surgeon in the state of LA that takes Medicaid!

I am jumping for joy Amy just posted in the Medicaid thread on the state of LA board that she knew of a surgeon that takes Medicaid. I called to verify as we know this has been impossible to find one. And it's true. WOOHOO!!!
