I had my surgery on May 14th.  I have had so many ups and downs and weeks without weight loss that it's not even funny.  I have learned not to worry so much when the scales stop moving.  And mine have gone as long as 3 1/2 weeks without moving.  Then they dropped 6 lbs.  We all go through this.  I know this is alot about weight loss, but it's also about getting healthy, so just make sure you continue to follow all the rules and the weight will continue to come off.

Also remember how much you've already lost in a short amount of time.  You're body may need time to regroup and is thinking....what's happening here.  That was my 3.5 week period, but then it started again.

Congrats on your surgery and good luck!!!!

Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect. it means you've decided to see beyond the imperfections.
 10cc band--4.5cc (1st fill)/1.5CC (2nd fill)/0.60ccm (3rd fill)1.cc (4th fill)/-0.25cc (unfill)= 5.1cc (5th fill)/1.cc/.50(unfill)

Sabrina -
I have the same problem.  I'm down one day and the next few days I slowly build up to 6 lbs. then suddenly I drop almost 10 lbs. It's frustrating.  Now that I know that it happens to others I won't worry about it as much.  Unfortunately, I weight myself every day and I see the scale doing the ups and downs.
Unique - thank you for asking.

So many of us only measure our losses by the scale and it really doesn't tell the whole story.

Have you taken your measurements?   I faithfully take my measurements every 2 months and the changes amaze me especially when I don't see the scale moving.   Seeing the inches I'm losing is what keeps me from getting down when the scale isn't moving.
