Need help with healthtracker

I had my Lap-band surgery yesterday,Home today,Lots of gas pains,Cant take a deep breath and hurt in my upper stomach area.Hopefully it will get better soon,Dont know how to get the healthtracker going.

 Hi Laurena,

Congratulations on your surgery.  I am 3 weeks ahead of you and I remember those first few days as being very uncomfortable.  Walking really does help get the gas pain to go away.  It got loads better by day three and by day 5 I was feeling great.  The healthtracker is a special tab under your MyOh area.  You can pick your background and your icon and display whether you want to track current weight to goal or pounds lost.  When you generate a message you must check the box to include the healthtracker in your signature.  I hope that helps a little.
