You know, I'm actually at that point where I feel REALLY fantastic.  Tons of energy and not hungry in the least.  One more week and then surgery!

Early: coffee with light cream and equal
B: plain ff greek yogurt with fresh blueberries on top
L: scoop of tuna salad at work with fresh cucumber slices (instead of crackers)
D: sloppy joes... no bun for me and i make it with 99% lean ground beef and maybe some edamame beans on the side

water all day
no excercise today... i have a seminar to present this evening so will be on my feet for 2+ hrs straight.

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence.  I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!

B: 1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese w/ 1/2 c diced peaches
L: 1 cup escarole and beans
S: pure protein bar
D: 1 slice pork tenderloin, broccoli rabe

Exercise: 1 hour spin class

Breakfast: 1 slice whole wheat toast, 1 poached egg
Snack: 1/2 cup soy yogurt
Lunch: 3 chicken meatballs, diced tomatoes, spaghetti squash
Snack: 1/2 cup lactose free cottage cheese, 1/2 cup diced pears
Dinner: 3 oz chicken breast, 4 asparagus spears, 1/2 cup spagetti squash

1 hour on treadmill, 2 MPH and 2nd incline.
