What is it?  I think I need it too.
One day at a time, and one meal at a time, and I WILL reach my goal!

Here are 2 version that I have used.  The section on protein is confusing and different in both versions.  I did my normal 60-80 g per day minimum.

It works great if you stick to it.

The one I am thinking about  doing is a 10 day diet where you have a list of foods you can choose from and you eat 3 oz 5 X a day and drink lots of water. It is supposed to jump start your metabolism. I have been kinda stuck for awhile and am thinking of giving it a try.

When I've done it, it works great, sort of got me back to basics!! I do add veggies so I don't have any "bathroom" problems.

Do you mean you eat 3 oz of protein 5 times a day, and then drink the water?  Is that all?  Where do you find the list of things to eat?  Thanks.

Here are 2 different versions of the Plateau Buster diet.  It works great if you stick to it.  I took these from other posts and the protein amount is a little confusing.  I did my normal 60-80 grams of protein and my Nut says you can do up to 100 g of protein.

Yeah the protein amts are confusing because 3 oz 5 x a day is 15 ozs which is way under what we need. So how did you adjust ot meat the higher requirements ? I really wanna try this. What was an average amt you lost when you did it? Just wondering :)

I believe the protein we need is in grams. Not ozs. I shoot for 60grams at minimal. 3 oz is usually 15 - 20 grams:-)
