so- I made it through today with No restriction &

not eating myself into next week, inspite of being depressed.

I can't find a local doctor & the closest one to me costs too much ($510) for the 1st vsist
so, it's going to be awhile until I can get any answers.

I am going to hope I can continue moving towards my goal & maybe this will change on it's own without (or before I can get to ) see a doctor.

Susan you hang in there and post away for support!!  Just vent your way through this weightloss journey!!!!  If I may, I recommend you contacting MariaF as she is doing great and hates her failed band!!!

Susan it can be done with no restriction, it's just lots harder. I had mine emptied a few months ago because it kept tightening without a fill and I couldn't afford to pay for more unfills so had them take it all out. I've managed to stay within 10 lbs of my last weight. While I'm not losing I am maintaining without too much trouble. So like you said just take it one day at a time or even one second at a time if neccesary! Hang in there!
