Water Aerobics at SPRFC

I recently joined SPRFC was going to water aerobic 3-4x a week. Stopped when I went on a business trip in April and have not been back. I am post op and O know I should get off my lazy fast ass and go back. Does anyone else belong? I need a buddy so I can stop all the excuses. I can go in the morning at 7AM and 6:30 PM Barbara

Hi Barbara, I heard they had water aerobics there. What are their hours? I might like to join if I can make it during their hours. I definitley can't do 7am as I have to be in VA by then but sometimes 6:30 pm could work. Would be nice to do it with someone. You said you're pre-op do you have a date yet? I had my surgery Jan 14, 05. Know exactly where SPRFC is. pat
