HELP with HAP

Hi, I have been trying to get my surgery journey going since July...I have HAP/HMO and have been getting the run around. Can anyone on here give me any information? I am beyond frustrated. Thanks so much

I don't know anything about HAP/HMO.  Did you try calling the insurance and asking them.  They may also be able to give you a name of a surgeon (bariatric) that they work with. or,  ask your Dr about the insurance  you have.  The staff works with insurance all the time.  Good luck insurance is not fun and every policy is different.
