Pain...

I have a question.I have had a bad pain in my left side about 3 inches below where my drain tube was.Anybody ever had this pain.(6&1/2) weeks post op....let me know

I did and at just about the same time you got it. It hurt to bend down and to stand up from sitting. The only time it didn't hurt was when I was sitting (or laying) in one place and not moving around much. Ida said it wasn't unusual to get this kind of pain. Some people get it as much as 8 weeks post op. She said it had something to do with the instruments they used during surgery and the muscles moving back into place. I used my binder for a few days and pampered it and it felt better in just a few days. Call me at work. I have a couple of questions for ya.
