Costs

Hi there!   I am in Maine, but my sister is in NB... I had VSG here in the US and I know the process is very different. 

Is WLS covered by medicare?  Or by any of your personal insurances?   Where would one go to find out this information? 

Anything you are willing to share, either here or by private message would be greatly appreciated.

 yes medicare does cover this surgery in nb You first have to get your primary dr to refer you to a bariatric dr and then you are put on wait list I waited approx 4 to 5 years before I actually got to see the bariactric dr
