Gastonia - Fitness Center

I know many people on here mention going to curve's or the y as their post op fitness routine. I wanted to say that planet fitness in gastonia has memberships as low as $10. We left the Y (hence not I) and went to them last fall. I've been going there post op and I think it's the best deal out here in gastonia. My husband loves the weight lifting machines and products. I am just metioning this and the low price. Our Y membership was over $70 a month and now we pay $20. I have no affilation with planet fitness, except for working out there. Jennifer

I, too, love Planet Fitness. The only thing it doesn't have the Y did was a pool, but since I only used the pool 2 times in 2 years.......... I joined and go with people from work in the afternoon. M
